Returns & Refunds

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your items arrive damaged or broken, please email us to straight away with details and photos of the damage and we will look to resolve this for you as soon as possible. Although we will always try to replace or refund for the broken items, this will be at our discretion.

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please let us know within 7 days and we will look to resolve this as soon as possible. If we decide a refund is necessary, items must be returned to us in the agreed time frame and must be in the exact condition they were received. Buyers are responsible for return postage.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
